Carol directs The Monday-Night Choir, an independent community choir, which began as a Monterey Peninsula College class, but was canceled due to the college's financial straits.
The choir presented a Chanukah/Christmas concert at 8:00 pm on Monday, December 19th, 2011 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 800 Cass Street (near El Dorado) in Monterey.
